We build swimming pools from compact 4-metre pools to large 14-metre overflow and infinity-edge pools. Each pool is individually priced according to its size, design, tiles, equipment, location and site conditions.

Small and medium skimmer pools typically cost ฿840,000–฿1,030,000. Larger overflow and infinity-edge pools generally cost ฿1,050,000–฿1,800,000. A complete built-in Jacuzzi can be added for approximately ฿150,000.

Our prices include standard pool tiles and correctly sized filtration and saltwater equipment. Customers can upgrade to 5 × 5 centimetre tiles, small mosaics, natural stone or modern 60 × 30 centimetre tiles.

A skimmer system is an excellent choice for small and medium-sized swimming pools. It costs less to build than an overflow system and is generally easier and more economical to maintain over the long term.

Depending on the size and requirements of the pool, the equipment package includes:

Medium or large saltwater chlorinator
Skimmers, main drains, return inlets and pipework
Electrical control equipment

Large Overflow and Infinity-Edge Pools

An overflow system is particularly suitable for larger swimming pools. One of today’s most popular designs is the infinity-edge pool, which is also the type of pool we currently build most frequently.
With this system, water flows over one or more edges of the swimming pool and is collected in an overflow channel before entering a separate balance tank. The water is then filtered and circulated back into the pool.
The balance tank must be correctly sized according to the pool’s water volume and the number of people expected to use it. The system also includes water-level controls and automatic refilling to maintain the correct amount of water in the tank.
An overflow pool is more complex than a standard skimmer pool, but it offers a beautiful, modern appearance and creates a more luxurious swimming experience.
Depending on the pool’s size and design, the equipment package may include:

A pump ranging from 1.5 HP to 3 HP
Medium or large pool filter
Appropriately sized saltwater chlorinator
Correctly sized balance tank
Water-level control and automatic refill system
Overflow channels and drainage

For these pools, we often recommend a variable-speed pump. It allows the circulation speed to be adjusted according to the pool’s needs and can use less electricity than a standard single-speed pump.

This is a broad price range because many factors can affect the final cost. These include the pool’s dimensions and depth, the number and length of overflow edges, the size of the balance tank, tile selection, equipment package, site access, ground conditions and project location.

Customers sometimes expect a small swimming pool to cost much less than a medium-sized pool. Although the total price will normally be lower, the price per square metre is often considerably higher.

This is because every swimming pool requires many of the same essential construction stages, regardless of its size. A small pool still requires excavation, structural work, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical installation, equipment installation, testing and finishing.

We also need many of the same skilled workers, vehicles and site visits. Swimming pools are constructed in several stages, so the travel distance and number of journeys may be similar to those required for a larger pool. The overall construction time may be shorter, but the difference is not always as significant as customers expect.

A very small pool may use a smaller pump, filter and saltwater chlorinator. However, it still needs a complete circulation, filtration, sanitation and electrical system. The saving on equipment is therefore relatively limited.

For example, imagine constructing a pool measuring only 1 × 1 metre. It would contain very little water, but it would still require a structure, waterproofing, plumbing, filtration equipment and professional installation. This demonstrates why the cost cannot be calculated only by multiplying the pool’s surface area by a fixed square-metre price.

For this reason, we calculate small-pool prices according to the complete project—not only the number of square metres.

Why Small Swimming Pools Cost More per Square Metre

Built-In Jacuzzi Add-On

One of the most popular additions to the swimming pools we build is a built-in Jacuzzi. It can be incorporated into the pool’s design to create a comfortable area for relaxing and enjoying a water massage.

A typical Jacuzzi includes:

Two or three massage jets positioned behind each seat
Approximately 18–24 air-bubble nozzles in the seating area
Dedicated water pump
Air blower
Control box
Remote control
All necessary plumbing and fittings

The floor of the Jacuzzi is approximately 1 metre below the water level. The seating area is normally positioned 45–50 centimetres below the water level, providing a comfortable sitting depth.

A Jacuzzi can be constructed in several shapes. However, we normally recommend a square or rectangular design because it is comfortable to use, makes good use of the available space and works well with almost any swimming-pool design.

This price includes the complete Jacuzzi system and its essential equipment when constructed together with a new swimming pool. The final price may vary depending on its size, number of seats, tile selection, shape and position within the pool.

Pool Tiles, Mosaics and Natural-Stone Finishes

All our swimming-pool price estimates include standard swimming-pool tiles. These tiles are sourced from two different factories and are normally approximately 10 × 10 centimetres. Customers can choose from the available standard colours and designs included within the quoted allowance.

We also offer 5 × 5 centimetre tiles and small mosaic tiles. Because these smaller tiles require more material, preparation and installation work, they can increase the final price considerably.

Another popular upgrade is natural stone from Stone Club. Natural stone gives the pool a distinctive appearance, with natural variations in colour and texture creating a more organic and luxurious result.

A new addition to our range is a collection of 60 × 30 centimetre tiles, available in several colours and finishes. The larger format creates a clean, modern appearance that works particularly well with contemporary swimming-pool designs.

Your choice of tiles or natural stone will affect the final price. The additional cost depends on the selected material, the pool’s total tiled area and the complexity of the installation.

We will show you the available options and clearly calculate any difference from the standard tile allowance before work begins.

How Long Does It Take to Build a Swimming Pool?
A swimming pool typically takes approximately 4–8 weeks to complete. The exact construction time depends on the pool’s size and design, the project’s location, site conditions, weather and the season of the year.
All members of our construction teams are employed directly by us. We do not use subcontractors. This gives us greater control over the workmanship, construction schedule and overall quality of every project.
When our team arrives at your property, we bring the necessary tools and equipment. We remain responsible for the project throughout the construction process and continue working until the pool is completed, tested and filled with water.
Swimming pools must be built in several stages. At certain points, work must pause while the concrete cures or while other materials set correctly. These waiting periods are an essential part of achieving a strong and durable result.
Our teams normally take a short trip home every 10 days to two weeks. Everyone has a family, and we believe that proper rest helps our employees maintain a consistently high standard of workmanship throughout the project.
Public holidays such as New Year and Songkran, local rice planting and harvesting seasons, and periods of heavy rain may also affect the construction schedule.
