Waterline Stain on Overflow Pool in Ubon

Today our service technician Sam visited one of our customers in Ubon. The customer had a problem with a dirty waterline that he was not able to clean by himself. Sam brought different chemicals and tried several methods, but this type of cleaning can be very difficult.

This looks like a waterline stain caused by minerals or something inside the water. When the stain goes deep into the tile surface, the only long-term solution is usually to replace the tiles.

The villa belongs to a German owner, and we built this swimming pool around four years ago. It is an overflow pool with a Jacuzzi, and it uses a naked freshwater system, and a low chlorine level isn't helping the situation eighter.

One special feature of this villa is the bar area. You can sit inside the swimming pool and be served by a bartender right at the pool edge. It looks very cool and gives the place a nice resort feeling.
